1. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

2. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products that have been correctly delivered as ordered. Please verify your product selection, size, color, and other specifications before placing your order.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website are final. We do not provide refunds for any order under normal circumstances.

4. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other customer preference after purchase.

5. Exceptions for Wrong or Defective Products

An exchange may be provided only if the customer receives a wrong product or a product that is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.

6. Exchange Conditions

If your request qualifies under the above exception, we will provide an exchange for the exact same product only. No alternative product, different size, different color, or different design can be requested under the exchange process.

No refunds, store credits, or cash compensation will be provided in place of the exchange.

7. Reporting an Issue

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if they have received the wrong product or a defective item. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To help us process your request, you may be asked to provide photographs or videos clearly showing the issue along with your order details.

8. Inspection and Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification by our quality team. If the reported issue is confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the same product, subject to product availability.

9. Product Availability

If the same product is temporarily unavailable, the exchange may be processed once it becomes available. If the product has been permanently discontinued, MVS Fashions reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
