Thank you for shopping with MVS Fashions. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

We provide shipping with nominal charges as per the courier providers. Below are the shipping rates charged based on the location and number of products in an order,

For first product in an order,

• Telangana: Rs.80/-
• Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu: Rs.100/-
• Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh: Rs.120/-
• All other states in India: Rs.150/-

From 2nd product onwards,

• Rs.30 each for every product

Example:

You purchased 3 dresses with delivery location as Hyderabad (Telangana), your shipping cost will be Rs.140/-

(which is, 1st product Rs.80 + remaining 2 products Rs.60 at Rs.30 each. Total: Rs80+60 = Rs.140)

3. Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

• DTDC Courier – Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
• India Post – Estimated delivery within 10 working days.

The courier service used for your order may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability.

4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment details or a tracking number through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. MVS Fashions shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you receive an incomplete order or believe an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. Such delays shall not entitle customers to compensation unless required under applicable law.
